Colby Heuseveldt

Originally from Los Angeles, Colby moved to Florida to save millions in state income tax, joined the Army Reserves as a Horizontal Construction Engineer, and eventually earned an Associate’s Degree at Florida Gulf Coast University. This knowledge and foresight, coupled with a variety of positions in sales and construction has provided him the skills necessary to stand out in a crowded and highly competitive real estate landscape.
Before joining Steelbridge Realty, and beginning to build Southwest Florida Equity, Colby spent his summers working for a local construction company actually building the houses he would eventually be showing to future clients. Colby’s clients describe him as detail-oriented, and fun-to-be-around, and he has often been compared to Professor X and Lex Luthor.
After living for many years in Naples and Fort Myers, Colby currently resides in mid-Cape Coral with his wife Sarah and step-daughter Naomi, where he enjoys spending time with extended family and Army buddies, playing paintball, guitar and piano (not at the same time), and traveling. Colby is also fluent in Spanish
