Joshua Nathan Schonberger is a goal driven, young entrepreneur. Joshua has been in the Real Estate business for about 8 years. Starting off by working in the Property Management realm while in College. He than ventured first hand into various different Real Estate Markets to inlcude but not limited too; Residential Housing, Commercial Warehouses, Apartment Complexes, Residential Investment properties, and finally, Land.

Originally from Los Angeles, Colby moved to Florida to save millions in state income tax, joined the Army Reserves as a Horizontal Construction Engineer, and eventually earned an Associate’s Degree at Florida Gulf Coast University. This knowledge and foresight, coupled with a variety of positions in sales and construction has provided him the skills necessary to stand out in a crowded and highly competitive real estate landscape.

Being in the customer service industry for over 17 years, Frank is following his twin brother's footsteps. As a licensed Real Estate agent and investor, Frank understands the market from both the buyer and sellers perspective giving him key insight and ability to service a diverse demographic.
