Joshua Nathan Schonberger is a goal driven, young entrepreneur. Joshua has been in the Real Estate business for about 8 years. Starting off by working in the Property Management realm while in College. He than ventured first hand into various different Real Estate Markets to inlcude but not limited too; Residential Housing, Commercial Warehouses, Apartment Complexes, Residential Investment properties, and finally, Land.
His expertise developed and flourished in fix and flips of both Residential Investment (Fix and flips) and Apartment Complexes. Where he learned how to "numbers tweak", (as he calls it) by properly assessing and reassessing the strengths of Apartment Complexes and developing a systematized plan for increasing the ROI throughout. ​
Deciding to take a step back and reassess everything he had learned over the years. He decided to dedicate his life to a greater cause and joined the US Army as a Construction Engineer. During his service, he developed a new passion for New Construction both of demolition and rebuild.
